  2. Most of people will be having nervous breakdown during exams especially students because they are afraid that they will fail in their exams. There are many ways to avoid nervous breakdown during exams such as early preparation, organize a study timetable, learning strategy, and positive thinking. In my life, I always get nervous breakdown during exams and I practiced the above methods to overcome this problem.


    Firstly, students should know the date of exams because it can help them to prepare for their exams. They may need a week or two for preparation. For example, I will have exams next week and I must prepare from now. My preparations always review consists of notes, do my homework, and do research about my exams. I must do my homework correctly because it helps me to get high marks. I also do research in the Internet because I want to know how to write using correct grammar. Then students must take tuition before exams because the tutor will help them to solve their problems.


    Nowadays, students are not be able to manage their time because they are busy to playing computer games or go out with their friends. They must do a timetable, so that, they can know what time they must play games or go out. In my opinion, studying for exams is the most important thing compared to hanging out with friends. If the students feel timetable is not effective way to avoid nervous breakdown during exams, then they can try other methods as well.


    Subsequently, there are some learning strategies that can be used to avoid nervous breakdown during exams such as identifying the strengths and weakness of oneself, make short notes, and make decision and goal. Students must learn more about their strengths and weakness because it helps them to be more confident during exams. Then students have to listen when teacher are teaching, so students can write the important points on their notes. Students also can set their goal such as getting the highest score in the class if they want to get high score, although it is difficult for them.



    In addition, students must have the positive thinking on their exams if they want to be successful. They must also learn relax, it will help them to calm down. They can try their best to get the best score and do not say that they will fail. Although the results will be released after exams, they must always be positive thinking.

    Nervous breakdown will be happen during exams. Many people have nervous during exam or presentation. It will happen all of a sudden. Sometimes, we cannot control ourselves from being nervous. This will make us out of control. It can be controlled, if we prepare ourselves for exam in advance. We will not get nervous again. It has many strategies to control the nervous breakdown during exam.

    The nervous breakdown can be controlled by many people. They must prepare for the lesson before the exams begin. For example, if tomorrow Hasin has an exam, he must study for the exam to get good marks. If Hasin did not prepare for the exam, he will suffer nervous breakdown. It is very important to prepare ourselves before the exam begin. It will be a help to all students. It will make them controlled the exam. It also can reduce the nervous breakdown level.

    In addition, we can design a time table for ourselves. It will be helpful to divided time to study and for leisure. For instance, Lina has a time at home. She always follows her time table especially when the exam is nearer. This will help her to study before the exams begin. So, she had never felt afraid for the exams. It is very useful for our study as well. It will help us know when the exams day. We can make a note in the time table when the exams are around the cover.

  4. Nowadays, the biggest problem that students are facing is exams. This is not only about the results, but also about not to disappoint parents. Because of the pressures, there are a group of students suffer from nervous breakdown during the exam.

    Firstly, the primary reason on why the students will have nervous breakdown during exam is because they are not well prepared. The solution can be very easy, they have to just concentrate in the lesson all the time and do their homework. Study supposed to be a daily chore but not rushing at the very last minute. Once you have done a very well early preparation, then you will not be panic during the exam, because all you have to do is write down all the things that you have been studying in class.

    Some students will misunderstand the term hard working and spent long hours to do their revise. In a contrary, if you overdo your revise it would only cause more stress. We should know the best method to study. We also should take a break to relax ourselves. All students have to take few short breaks during the study, to relax them. For example, we can do deep breathing, exercise or just take a nap. If another method is to look at the greeneries as it well refresh our mind. It had been proven to have a physiological calming down effect.

    Other than that, student can also read a book, watch a movie or chat with your friends randomly to have a good laugh. The research shows that the laugher also can reduce the stress. Keep a happy and relaxing mood can certainly help you put stress aside.

After you have been sitting for a long periods, do some exercises such as walking or tossing. All those exercises I have mentioned above can improve your blood circulation and you will not be too stressful or tensed.
